COVID-19 Resources
We've recently added several new COVID resources to our website. We hope you take time to check them out! COVID Resource Page

Some of the new resources recently added include:

New COVID Checklists specific to California, Washington and Virginia. These are in addition to our Federal COVID checklist.
We've added a checklist for entities needing to set up COVID-19 Off-Site Vaccination Clinics.
We've added a link to access free COVID-19 Print Resources.
And don't forget, we also provide free access to our COVID friendly Remote Inspection option called Virtual Safety Reports (VSR) for those using our Inspection App (Enterprise Accounts).  This is a great way to conduct inspections without ever leaving your office!

JSA App Update

We're currently working on updates to our JSA App and hope to have a new version released soon!  Some of the updates include:

Ability to work in offline mode.

Option to add modifiers in heading (i.e. Division, Project, Location, Job Number, etc.).

Option to group Hazards by Task.

Users get automatic notifications when there's a status change (i.e. JSA Approval granted).

As soon as these updates are released, we'll send a notification.

Training App Update

We've made quite a few changes to our Training App (formerly Toolbox Talk App). In addition to allowing you to conduct paperless Toolbox Talks, this app also tracks training and issues certificates!

Other recent changes allow you to import 3rd party training certs. All of the certifications are accessible via the app in the field, and of course, from the admin site.

This app also offers a feature that allows you to send toolbox talks and other training events to remote employees. They simply click on a link to review the training materials, answer a few questions, and when they answer them correctly, they get credit for completing the training.

Checklist Updates

As always, we're constantly working to make updates to our checklists.

Here's a summary of our recent changes:

Added a new category called Laser Safety to our Construction 1926 Checklist.

Added a new category for Fall Protection specific to those in the Roofing Industry to our CalOSHA Construction Checklist.

We're currently working on several updates to our MSHA Surface Mining Checklist to include new categories and several new questions (100+ in all).

As many of you know, our checklists reference applicable regulatory standards. We also provide recommendations with links to the standards.
